OUR TONIC SYRUPS are made without quinine. Instead, we create a similar flavor profile using locally grown, fresh organic dandelion root, pungent seasonal herbs and citrus - all harvested at the peak of flavor. We start by making a simple syrup with non-GMO U.S. grown raw cane sugar, natural spring water, and fresh California grown citrus peels and juice. This syrup is then blended with a strong tea of aromatic herbs and citrus; brewed and bottled within 24 hours of harvest. The resulting syrup is bitter, bright and refreshing; not as sweet as your typical pre-made tonic water and a delicious addition to sparkling water or mixed with gin and club soda.
To use, mix 1 ounce of tonic syrup with 5 ounces of club soda or sparkling water. Adjust the amount as needed according to your preference.
