Golden Bear Bitters are flavored with herbs we grow on our farm in Carmel Valley. We use a process called whole plant maceration to develop three classic bitters flavors; aromatic, citrus, and herbal. Fresh herbs go from harvest to batch in 24 hours where they macerate for up two months in a non-GMO organic cane spirit. Our bittering agent, organic dandelion root, is sourced direct from Serendipity Organic Farms, we combine this with certified organic gentian root. All of our citrus is sourced direct from a family farm in Big Sur, Country Flat Farm.
