Winter is defined by aromatic evergreen branches and winter tree fruits. California bay laurel, western cedar, spruce and wild wood mint are foraged from the mountain tops of Tassajara. Brewed with herbs grown at our homestead farm; rosemary, olive leaf, and lavender. Winter tree fruits, persimmon and pear, along with dandelion root, are sourced from local farms and added to this herbaceous and bright syrup concentrate. Quinine-free.
