BITTER TONIC SYRUPS are made using pungent seasonal herbs, fruits and flowers harvested at the peak of flavor. With this tonic syrup concentrate, you can make your own seasonal tonic water or bitter herbal drink by mixing 1:5 ratio with club soda or sparkling water. Use our bitter tonic syrups in place of simple syrup in any cocktail recipe for an herbaceous bitter flavor.
We begin by making a syrup with non-GMO U.S. grown raw cane sugar, natural spring water, and fresh California grown citrus peels and juice. This syrup is then blended with a strong brew of bitter aromatic herbs, all harvested and brewed within 24 hours.
